Several employees Montreal and Levis’s offices have completed 16 hours of wilderness medecine on June 5 and 6, 2013. SIRUS is responsible for this program, which provides participants with an introduction to wilderness first aid, with an emphasis on practical skills, decision making and dealing with environmental conditions. Several aspects have been treated as patient assessment, shock, wound management, burns, fractures and sprains, environmental injuries, common medical problems and first aid kits.
